TERMS OF SERVICE

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services strives to provide its clients with the highest level of service possible.

Please read the following agreement carefully. “Customer” use of any of Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

Garment Care, Missing or Damaged Goods:

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drying, ironing and folding services are maintained at a high level of quality.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services due to time constraints does not count laundry or examine for stains prior to washing. If fresh stains are evident it is the responsibility of the customer to highlight them.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services due to time constraints does not always read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels. Three Sheets to the Wind cannot accept dry clean only items unless you are prepared for them to be washed.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services uses only uses front-load washers with an extremely fast extraction cycle to wash all Customer clothes and linen.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying.

Please note that we use ironers that contain hot rollers and sometimes plastic fixings are liable to melt or crack. Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services are not liable to replace any fixings.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services accepts no liability for “special care” and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse cleaning of any garment.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services does not guarantee removal of all stains.

Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money, jewellery, or anything else.

We ask each Customer to please determine whether they can accept the loss of any garment or item, if not please do not leave it with us.

Payments

Domestic customers will pay upon collection unless otherwise stated by Three Sheets to the Wind

Commercial clients will be awarded credit by Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services discretion. However Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services reserves the right to refuse credit.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

  1. The customer accepts and understands that poor service; must be reported within 24 hours from the service date.
  2. The customer accepted all responsibility before any items were laundered and Three Sheets to the Wind Laundry Services cannot be responsible for any damage, shrinkage, or loss of items.
  3. Three Sheets to the Wind may take up to 7 working days to respond to a complaint.
  4. Complaints are accepted in writing (letter or e mail). Complaints must be reported on completion or in the following 24-hour period.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by purchasing our services means the customer is agreeing to be bound by them the and agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. Three Sheets to the Wind reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Should any of the above clauses change all existing customers will be notified. Please check the website for updates.
